If the proven, powerful, profit building services that I am able to provide to business owners today had been available to me years ago in my successful first business- it would have changed my life. Want to know if they could do the same for you today?
My goal as a fellow business owner is to help you change the way you see your business - to help you reach the sometimes elusive level of success you know is possible - the level of success you deserve. For most, what it takes to accomplish that are increased profits. Financial management in an essential role in the survival and growth of any company, and even more so during the first five years of new ventures.
Small businesses are critical elements of our communities and our economy. More than 33 million of us comprise 99.9% of all business in the country, and nearly half of all U.S. employees are employed by a small business ("Small Business Statistics of 2024" Kelly Main, Editor, Advisor, Forbes Magazine. Sources: Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the United States Small Business Administration).
In my late twenties, a partner and I started a part time residential carpet cleaning business at my kitchen table. Today it would be called a side hustle, since we worked to deliver our services, and prospect for new clients to serve, in the evenings and on weekends after working days in our full-time jobs. With hard work over the next few years, we grew the business into a full service janitorial company with thirty-two employees. We negotiated contracts with two national retailers at several of their stores located in our area, plus with owners of several smaller professional buildings. We also maintained a steady stream of residential business. As our business grew we negotiated contracts with several national retail chains to service their stores in our city.
I eventually sold my shares to a partner to begin a career in professional, B2B complex sales in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This grew into a commissioned, forty-two year span of continuous learning, personal growth and professional development.
I had well over 16,000 business conversations with companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. It has been a way of life that I love and I will most certainly lead with this business going forward.
